ENROLLMENT CONTINUES UPWARD TREND AT IOWA LAKES

Enrollments continue to rise at Iowa Lakes Community College.  This becomes the seventh consecutive fall term for an enrollment record.

College officials report overall enrollment is at 3,558 students – up 3.8 percent from last fall. 

The college has experienced upward trends during the last eight years.  When compared with eight years ago, the college’s fall enrollment is up 37.5 percent.

Iowa Lakes offers more than 100 areas of study at its locations in Algona, Emmetsburg, Estherville, Spencer and Spirit Lake.  In addition, the college provides training and retraining to employees of area business and industry as well as continuing education courses.
