The University of Iowa Dancers will be performing March 13 at Emmetsburg and Estherville as part of the convocation series at Iowa Lakes.
The 12-member dance company – named ‘Dancers in Company’ – recently launched its 2013 series with a home concert featuring new, professionally choreographed pieces.
Iowa Lakes will be one of the first performances following the home concert kick-off. The convocations are scheduled for 9 a.m. in Emmetsburg and 1 p.m. in Estherville on Wednesday, March 13. The ‘Dancers in Company’ group is the University of Iowa’s touring repertory company. This is the 29th year for the U of I Dancers.
