OneSearch   OneSearch: With OneSearch you can search any or all of the library's databases and resources simultaneously with just one search. Remote access is not available at this time.

EBSCO EBSCO: EBSCO offers a number of full text databases with many peer reviewed, scholarly journals and general periodicals. Check out the  EBSCO website for a complete list of databases.  College students may obtain remote access to EBSCO by coming to the library and getting the username and password.

InfoTrac Expanded Academic   InfoTrac Expanded Academic: Expanded Academic database offers balanced coverage of every academic concentration all in one seamless search.  Balanced coverage is available through indexed and full-text titles in a wide variety of disciplines   Remote access information is available in the library.

Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center   Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center:  This covers the pros and cons of everything from ongoing controversies to today’s hot topics. Included are the Opposing Viewpoints series, selections from Reference USA sources and Information Plus Reference series, newspaper and magazine coverage and links to statistics and related web sites. For remote access, check in the library.

Issues & Controversies @ FACTS.com   Issues & Controversies:  This full text database includes up-to-date, in-depth and objective information on issues of the day. Backfiles cover more than 250 controversial topics in the news since 1995. College students may obtain remote access. Check in the library.

CQ Researcher  CQ Researcher Online contains reports and analysis of issues in the news. Each 13,000-word report is a unique work, investigated and written by an experienced journalist. The online backfile extends to 1991. Check in the library for remote access.

netLibrary netLibrary:  netLibrary is a web-based system for accessing and retrieving over 3,000 full text reference, scholarly and professional books. Users may search netLibrary to read or browse eBooks. By creating an account, users can “check-out” an eBook or access the eBook collection from outside the college via the Internet.

NoodleTools   NoodleTools: With NoodleTools students may generate, edit, and publish an MLA Works Cited list or APA References list that complies with the rules of the current MLA Handbook and APA Publication Manual.  NoodleBib takes care of punctuation, alphabetization and formatting, producing a polished source list for import into Word. A student who enters NoodleBib remotely will be prompted to log in to the school/library account when he/she clicks "Create new folder" on the login screen.  For remote access, user name and password is available in the library.

Grolier Online   Grolier Online:  Included in the database is Encyclopedia Americana which is updated quarterly. Grolier Multimedia is based on the text of Academic American Encyclopedia. Lands and People Online includes a full complement of maps, flags, web links and internal articles. The New Book of Popular Science includes articles on science, technology and medical topics. Students may check in the library for remote access.
