The Iowa Lakes Community College Swimming and Diving teams will host their first-ever home meet on Friday, January 20, at 5 p.m. in the Smith Wellness Center on the Emmetsburg campus.
This is the first competitive season for the Swimming and Diving teams, which recently returned from a training trip to Puerto Rico.
“The athletes are looking forward to their first home meet,” said Coach Johnathan Jordan. “They have been working hard and look to compete well for the home crowd.”
There is no admission fee and the public is invited to come cheer on the Lakers.
