Wrestling Academy

Fee: $300
Academy starts Thursday, April 18th
Academy will meet every Thursday through Oct. 1st, 2013 providing 23 sessions of wrestling instruction and open wrestling.

Wrestlers 2nd-6th grade 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm
Wrestlers 7th-12th grade 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Wrestling Technique Camp

Dates: June 30 - July 3, 2013

Iowa Lakes Wrestling Technique Camp is designed to help athletes understand the basic fundamentals of the sport. The technique sessions will concentrate on all three positions: neutral, top and bottom. The athletes will participate in live wrestling each day, and will learn about nutrition, weight training and motivation.

The camp is open to 6th through 12th graders.

Check-in: Sunday, June 30, 12:00 – 2:30 p.m. at Iowa Lakes Community College, athletic/housing office. 
Check-out: Wednesday, July 3, 12:00 at Iowa Lakes Community College, athletic/housing office
Cost: Resident – $300 Commuter – $175, includes lunch. 
A $50 non-refundable deposit is due by June 1.

Please bring wrestling and running shoes, workout clothes, spending money for snacks at the camp store and bedding if you are a resident camper.
