The Iowa Lakes Men’s Basketball team defeated North Iowa Area Community College Saturday 81-76 to move to 10-4 on the season and 4-1 in conference play.
The Lakers were led by Josh Schaben with 19 points. Also scoring in double figures for the Lakers was Deondre Parks with 16, Kelly Madison with 15, Ben Shellim with 12, and Diamontae McKinley with 10.
Leading the way for NIACC was David Humphries with 20.
“It was an ugly game but we found a way to win, ” said Lakers Head Coach Troy Larson.
The Lakers will host The Dakota Wesleyan JV tonight at 7:30pm in Laker Gymnasium.
