Info: Incoming Athletes

Dear Iowa Lakes Community College Student-Athlete:

Prior to participating on a team from Iowa Lakes Community College, athletes must provide the Athletic Department with current address, emergency contact, insurance, medical alert and health history information.  To expedite this process Iowa Lakes Community College uses an online data entry system. Please use this document for directions on how to accomplish this online.
