The Condon Family Scholarship was established at Iowa Lakes Community College in 1999 by Tony and Jody Condon of Estherville. Requirements are full-time enrollment at the Estherville or Emmetsburg campus as of the fall semester; permanent resident of Palo Alto, Emmet, Dickinson, or Clay counties; minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA; community service and financial need by FAFSA results. Award is $500 and must be used for tuition, books or fees.
The 2012-13 recipient is Paul Caswell of Spencer.
