AUTO ON-CAMPUS RESIDENT CAMPER AGREEMENT

I give permission for ______________________________ to have a car on campus during the summer Jazz Camp as a resident camper under the following conditions:

1. He/she will not transport any other resident campers.
2. He/she will turn keys into the Jazz Camp office upon arrival to campus and will not possess additional keys to the vehicle on campus.
3. Administrative Staff approval is required prior to personal vehicles leaving campus.
4. If he/she does not abide by the conditions above, there will be just cause for revocation of this privilege.
