Housing Policy

The housing facilities are owned and operated by the Iowa Lakes Housing Foundation which is a non-profit corporation independent of Iowa Lakes Community College. It is a procedure of the Housing Foundation that a $75.00 damage deposit be required as a fund to compensate the Housing Foundation in lieu of student damages to the room/facility.

Since Jazz Camp students will not be assessed the $75.00 deposit, the college is requiring that the Jazz Camp student and parent/guardian must assume the financial responsibility if damage should result from actions of the Jazz Camp student.

To demonstrate your commitment, we are requiring that the following be read and signed by the appropriate persons.

As a Jazz Camp student/parent/guardian, I agree to assume any or all responsibility for damages incurred by the above named individual.
