Cell Phone Usage
                All Campers

I give permission for ______________________________ to have a cell phone on campus during the summer Jazz Camp under the following conditions:

1.        He/she will turn cell phone off when involved in daytime camp activities (unless an emergency situation arises)

2.        Staff approval is required prior to use of cell phone on campus

3.        If he/she does not abide by the conditions above, there will be just cause for revocation of this privilege.
