The 12th Annual Lakes Health Conference will be held June 9-10, 2016

The event begins at 8 a.m. on Thursday, June 9 and concludes at noon on Friday, June 10.
This year’s conference will focus on a variety of subjects including Mental Health, Strokes, infectious diseases, multiple sclerosis, protocols, teams and team building.
Joan Becker, author of “Sentenced to Life”, will share her personal experience story that served as a catalyst for her to become an advocate and public speaker for individuals with mental illness. Joseph Miller, featured in recent issues of Cosmopolitan and People as well as the Today Show with Kate Snow, will describe his journey as a young stroke survivor and will provide professionals with a better understanding of how caregivers can impact recovery.
Early bird registration is now open until June 3. Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the discount by signing up early as seating is limited. Registrations may be made by calling 1-800-252-5664 and registering for course #66835. Early bird registration costs $189. After June 3, registration costs $229.
