Emergency Medical Services, Continuing Education

See below titles for EMS Continuing Education scheduled at this time. Many of these classes are for specific personnel within the EMS System.  There are also General Conferences scheduled throughout the area. All are good opportunities for EMS Con ED. Provider Class Audits - This can be done at EMT or AEMT classes listed. Look at the schedule and decide which classes you need to attend.  When you come to class, just complete the correct paperwork and pay $10 or bill your department.  This is a very inexpensive way to receive continuing education.  It can cover the topics needed for a refresher and transition. The College also approves Credit for many services doing in-house education. Contact Steve Dobbins, EMS Programmer at 712-852-5226 or sdobbins@iowalakes.edu if you have questions about the classes listed, need a copy of a provider class schedule or would like to see if a class can be approved for EMS credit.
