Molly Struve is head cross country coach for the Iowa Lakes Community College Lakers.  As a native of Estherville and an alumna of Iowa Lakes, she is looking forward to expanding the cross country program.  As a high school athlete, Struve made four consecutive trips to state in both track and cross country.  She earned three state medals and currently holds two school records at Estherville Lincoln Central High School.  She returned to the area after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in December of 2006 with a degree in health education.  

While at Iowa Lakes Community College, Struve was a member of the first Iowa Lakes cross country team in 2003 and was an active member of the student senate.  She is passionate about running and is looking forward to helping her athletes achieve their greatest possible potential.
