Have you put off taking a class because you don’t feel you have time?
Iowa Lakes offers a number of distance learning formats that you might be able to work into your schedule. These include a wide variety of online internet courses and blended online and TV formats.

Iowa Lakes is part of the Iowa Community College Online Consortium (ICCOC), which is comprised of seven Iowa community colleges. Students can choose from over 300 different online college credit courses to apply toward their degree.

Iowa Lakes Community College has teamed up with Ed2Go to offer a selection of classes online. These interactive online courses typically run for six weeks, with a total of 12 lessons.
Some of these online courses can be taken for credit or non-credit. Students must determine if they want to take a class for credit at the time of registration. Courses are available with a new start date each month.

Iowa Lakes Community College, in partnership with ed2go (formerly Gatlin Education Services), offers online open enrollment programs designed to provide the skills necessary to acquire professional level positions for many in-demand occupations.
