Upward Bound is a federally funded TRIO program, by the United States Department of Education in the amount of $333,533 per year grant. Upward Bound provides 64 eligible high school students with services that support successful completion of college.

Our focus is to encourage and assist students to reach their academic and personal goals by helping them be successful in high school and enroll in a post secondary school of their choice. Participants receive information about colleges, scholarships, financial aid, leadership skills, study skills, transitioning, test taking skills, civic responsibility and self-esteem. Students also have the opportunity to participate in educational trips, campus visits, leadership opportunities and cultural enrichment activities.
