Job Summary: This position will assist the Head Softball Coach and Housing Department with day to day operations, working 35 hours a week from August 25, 2008 – May 8th, 2009. Successful candidate will have access to a Masters’ Degree Program. |

Skills, and Abilities:
Special Demands: Position consists of sitting most of the time and moving within the housing units to monitor and inspect and involves a wide range of motion requirements. Constants (67 – 100%) reaching, standing, walking, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions and viewing various types of close visual work. Frequent (34 – 66%) stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling and carrying. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and 10 pounds of force frequently. Must complete Bloodborne Pathogens Training. Will require flexible hours including weekends and evenings. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance. May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. College softball and/or coaching experience preferred. Salary: $5,000 Stipend plus Room and Board (Includes: room and all utilities except long distance telephone).
