Couples Ballroom Basics $55

Join other beginners where you’ll learn the basic dance steps, or brush up on what you already know. You’ll learn the foxtrot, swing, and waltz as well as other social dance steps. The physical activity, mental stimulation & social interaction are the added bonuses of this fun sport. Dancing can improve circulation, burn calories, increase stamina & help prevent or slow loss of bone mass. Dancing is a great stress-reliever. Meet new people, gain selfconfidence & have a great time too!

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.

Self Hypnosis $50

Hypnosis is a state of extraordinary mental, physical, and emotional relaxation. This state provides a discharge of tensions from all levels of the body. Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness and sensory awareness, but is a very natural state. You are simply shifting from the conscious level of awareness to the subconscious level of awareness. Selfhypnosis is putting yourself in a state of deep mental, physical, and emotional relaxation by applying hypnotic techniques. Actually, all hypnosis is selfhypnosis. There are many benefits of hypnosis. The two most requested are stop smoking and weight loss. However, there are many, many more benefits; such as: helps with insomnia, fears and phobias, enhance sports performance, speeds up recovery after an accident or surgery, relieve stress, provides a deep state of relaxation, helps cancer patients who are receiving radiation and/or chemo, helps with pain management, heal from a loss or separation, headaches etc., etc.
