Iowa Lakes Community College in cooperation with the Iowa Association of Realtors are offering an online 60 hour salesperson prelicense course accredited with the Iowa Real Estate Commission.  This course is designed to assist in preparing students to take and pass the Iowa Real Estates Salesperson Examination.  The course is totally self-contained online - no additional textbooks or study materials are needed.
